The Van Zandt County Community supervision & Corrections Department web site is a tiered design project, planned where the initial phase provided immediate improvement over their existing site, factored in later phases of development, and functioned under the limitations posed by their current hosting service. Phase 1 focused on designing the new site style, editing and reformatting the existing content, restructuring the site hierarchy, and implementing improved navigation.
Future phases will involve adding secure content areas for both employees and probationers, providing interactive content, and much more. The entire project requires the capability for it to continue to be published, and maintained using Microsoft Front Page. This allows them to continue updating the monthly calendar, and court dockets safely, while providing us the ability to continue with development and integration of features, and content.
